Want to give us your printing data and have questions about file formats, printing procedures and other things? Below we have summarized the most frequently asked questions about our printing services.

1. How do I submit my printing data to Business Cards of Houston?

2. What data format should my data be in?

EPS & PDF format is ideal for printing. For photo prints we recommend the formats JPG, BMP, TIFF. Every file is reviewed for quality suitable for printing.

 

3. What resolution do I need for poster prints?

With posters or other large items we recommend a resolution of at least 300 or 600 dpi.

 

4. Can I review my order on a PC before it is printed?

Yes. We submit a PDF file for review and approval before we print any order. While, mostly accurate, due to monitor resolution of different screens or your individual computer capability, some colors may appear differently when actually printed.  

 

5. Can I come in and pick up an order?

No, BCH is not your tradtional company. We do not operate a retail outlet open for walk ins. This allows us to keep our costs down and pass the savings on to you.
